2. What does Archival safe mean?
Archival safe products are used when you want to preserve your photos colour and quality for a long time by using acid-free and lignin-free products. Acid-free paper is paper that has a neutral or basic pH (7 or greater), although paper having a pH between 6 and 7 is often also considered acid-free. During production, it is treated with a mild base to neutralize the natural acids occurring in wood pulp, and it may also be buffered to prevent the formation of additional acids (as may develop from the application of sizing. It is often used in books and other paper products intended to last for a long time. Paper that has not had its acidity neutralized (such as newsprint quickly yellows and deteriorates. Lignin makes up about one-quarter to one-third of the dry mass of wood and is an integral part of the cell walls. 3. How is journaling completed?
Journaling can be a very personal subject. They are your memories and are best told by you. There are two options: 1. I can provide empty spaces for you to write your own journal entries on particular pages when your scrapbook is completed. 2. You can include your journal entries for me when I collect your photos. Then they will be typed and printed on my computer.
4. What does cropping a photo mean?
Cropping means to simply cut away excess parts of a photo. This is generally done to allow the page to hold more photographs on it. If you don't want some or all of your photos to be cropped I can scan and print duplicate photos to accomplish this.
5. How often will I be updated on my book?
I can provide weekly layout updates if requested. This is something that really varies from client to client and will be discussed during your consultation.
6. Is the price of the frame or shadow box included in the total price of the Personalized Display Layouts?
Yes both the Personalized Display Layouts include the price of the frame and shadow box in the total.
7. Who pays the Shipping and Handling fees?
All of our products listed do not include the Shipping and Handling fees as they will vary due to size and magnitude of project. Fees are at the expense of the client.
8. How do you accept payment?
Payment is accepted by Cash, Money Order, Bank Draft, Pay pal: MasterCard and Visa. We do accept personal cheques but please note that book will not be started until the 50% down payment has gone through and the final project will not be shipped to you until your final cheque has cleared.
9. What if I cannot meet you in person for the consultation meeting?
If you cannot meet me in person that is not a problem, we can still have our meeting either over the phone or via email.
10. Is there an age requirement for a birthday party?
I do suggest that party goers are 6 years and older. This is when children really start enjoying the magic of scrapbooks and will really benefit from the experience.
11. Why is there a cost per guest if a class is requested at a party?
If a class is requested there is an additional cost due to the supplies that are needed for each of your guests to be able to take home there special keepsake.

13. How do you customize the album?
Customizing your album can be many different things. I will cover the existing album with only the best materials that will only compliment your memory books. Other embellishments will also be added to your album cover.

I know that once you receive your customized scrapbook you will be able to answer this question for yourself. A custom scrapbook is just that customized, which generally has an increase in cost. Your memory book takes 4-6 weeks to complete due to the detail in this original piece of art. Time, effort and cost of materials are all factors in price. I guarantee your scrapbook will be worth every penny spent.

12 x 12 Scrapbook can hold 1-5 photos/page. From 75 to 100 photos can be used.

I will not pass anyone by. We can correspond through email and telephone and all photos and memorabilia can be mailed to me and I will be shipping your final product right to your doorstep.
17. I would love to have a scrapbook made but where do I begin?
I would have to say that the best thing to do is go through your photographs. Your pictures will speak a thousand words. They tell your stories visually and emotionally. What is the feeling you get? What was the day like? What was the mood? Who was there? What made it special? Once you know the answers to these questions it's easy. It's knowing when to stop that becomes the problem.
18. What if I want something made that I don't see on your website?
Because I only sell custom products the items in my gallery are what other clients envisioned for their own memory books. Please feel free to gain inspiration from them and feel free to build from them and create your own inspired ideas. There is nothing I like more than a challenge. I will do my best to reflect your vision.
19. When is the payment due for my scrapbook?
The first 50% of your scrapbook is due at your consultation meeting. This will enable me to buy all of the necessary materials to make your book unique. There is also a $25.00 consultation fee due at this time which includes the 60-90minute meeting that will be held. The last 50% is due at the completion of your scrapbook. I will only ship your book to you when the last payment has been received.
20. If I decide to have a party will you be pushing products to my guests?
I am not affiliated with any other companies than my own. I will not be selling scrapbook materials by other companies at your party. My time will be spent guiding your guests with their scrapping needs and helping them create keepsakes. The only items that may be out if permitted are my flyers of products and business cards.
